Fresh Tangerine Rose Juice

  1. Steep handful of dried rose petals/buds* in about 24 ounces of room temperature water for a few hours. It will naturally turn light pink.


  1. Blend about 10 tangerines with some of the rose water and strain through a cheese cloth. Or, juice the tangerines.


  1. Add the remaining rose water to the juice and enjoy!


Note: If your tangerines are a bit tart, adding some coconut water or honey is a nice touch :)


Note: Sip room temperature and cut in half with water for optimal digestion.

*Dried rose petals/buds can be found in bulk sections of health food stores or on Amazon. Rose tea bags would likely also work, just be sure to check the ingredients!
